Pricing & Policies

Below are some pricing guides for figure skating and dance costumes, as those are my specialty.  If you are interested in working with me on another item, please reach out and we can discuss your needs so that I can provide you with a quote.

  • Basic Custom Dress, no embellishment: $300+
  • Custom Dress with applique, cutwork, or up to 500 rhinestones: $500+
  • Custom Dress with 500+ rhinestones or a combination of applique, cutwork & rhinestones: $650+

As stated above, these prices are starting points, once we have discussed your design, I will be able to better estimate the cost of your project.

I am sensitive to the fact that custom work is expensive; you get what you pay for, and this is something that will fit you exactly that no one else will have. Custom clothing of any kind is an investment. Having said that, please let me know if you are interested in a payment plan, I can set these up on a case-by-case basis.

Studio Policies

All sales are final; due to the custom nature of the items I create, I cannot accept returns. Please reach out to me within 30 days of delivery if you are experiencing any issues with your item.

What you can expect: We will schedule a consultation to go through what I call the “discovery process”. This process helps me to learn about you, and your needs and wishes. Please come with any inspirational photos or drawings, music selections, the date that you need the item by, etc., to help me develop your design and provide you with a starting quote.  I will also take any necessary measurements during this time. An initial $100.00 deposit will be collected before the design process begins.

Once the design and quote have been finalized, I will send over the service agreement for signature. The service agreement outlines all of the details of your project. A second deposit will also be collected at this time, bringing the deposit amount to 50% collected. After the deposit and service agreement have been received, work can begin! When the basic garment has been sewn, I will contact you for a fitting.

The delivery date will be discussed during “discovery”. On average, I suggest that you allow 8-12 weeks from start to finish, but because all items are custom and unique, timeframes do vary. They can fluctuate based on my bandwidth, the design details, the need for fabric swatches, fabric and supply delivery times and fitting schedules. These times may also vary if we have agreed upon a payment plan. Rest assured that I will be in contact with you throughout the creation process and will keep you abreast of any timeline changes should they arise.

Final payment is due upon delivery of your item; this also applies to projects with payment plans.

A Note on Virtual Fittings: A virtual fitting will take place in lieu of an in-person fitting for any custom clients outside of the Denver Metro Area.

You will need a device with camera access so that I can see the fit of the garment, and you will also need access to a full-length mirror so that you can also see the fit of your garment while we work through the fitting process. Having a helper to assist with marking any adjustments is recommended.

Virtual fittings must be scheduled within 7 days (1 week) of receipt of the garment (scheduled, the appt does not need to take place that week), and be postmarked within 7 days (1 week) after the virtual fitting has taken place (a return mailer and shipping label will be provided for your convenience). These timeframes ensure that your project timeline stays on track.
